The Client

DoorDash is a food delivery service that partners with restaurants to make food delivery easy and accessible. Their brand voice is casual-Friday professional, friendly, and reassuring.

The TASK

This Creative Brief asked for a Landing Page where small, independently owned restaurant owners will navigate after clicking through a Facebook Ad. These restaurants already offer takeout and have a loyal customer base, but are skeptical of new technology. The main goal of this Landing Page is to get them to partner with DoorDash for food delivery services. A secondary action is to have these business owners talk to an expert with any questions they may have, especially if they are still undecided about becoming a partner. The page required a Hero area, as well as two separate sections for each specific call to action.

The solution

This Landing Page was written in order to reassure and encourage small restaurant owners of the benefits of partnering with DoorDash. Increased profits, increased customer reach, and increased ease and convenience can all be realized by signing up for these services. The language serves to simplify the process of taking on this new technology and assure business owners that they return to what they love doing the most– curating their delicious cuisine.
